Review: DANNI Multi-Colors Serial 10 Blush Palette

Hello loves!  Been MIA for a week because my new semester just started last week and a whole lot of dramas just started as well. Ugh, you know us girls and our dramas... Yeah. Meh sini nak lempang. Anyway, lets put the anger aside and put our focus on this beautiful blush palette by Danni! I have never heard of this brand before but after joining the #30daysmakeupchallenge on Instagram, I saw a few girls posting pictures of this palette as their favourite blush and I asked one of the girls where did she bought the palette and long story short, TADAAA!

Honestly, I don't really know where this brand originated from, I tried searching but I couldn't find any useful info. I don't know whether its a rip off brand/palette, rebranding, original or fake or whatever. Also, each of the blush doesn't have a name... But lets just go with the flow :B

This palette comes with 10 beautiful blushers ranges from soft to super bright. It has both matte and shimmer finishes. The packaging
is pretty basic, cheap plastic case but still solid. It comes with a plastic cover to protect the blush from cracking and such.

This is me naming the blush by myself (left to right):

Top
Washed pink, matte (Can be doubled up as a highlighter)
Natural pink, matte (Your everyday natural soft baby pink blush)
Soft peachy-pink, shimmer (Perfect for everyday too. Very natural)
Bottom
Peachy-orange, matte (Soft pastel orange)
Intense pink, matte (For a fun bright colour on your cheeks)
Pastel pink, shimmer (Very soft but somewhat bright baby pink)

This is only two layers worth of blushes. The top row has a very soft and light texture and colour pay off
whereas the bottom row is still soft but a little bit brighter. Nothing too crazy.

Top
Bright orange, shimmer (Very bright but quite soft looking)
Fuchsia, shimmer (Intense but also a soft colour)
Bottom
Firing orange, matte (Major intense deep orange colour!)
Medium deep peachy-orange, shimmer (Also a very intense peachy-orange colour)

Also two layers worth of blushes and look at them colours! Top row is a little bit lighter but still in yo face bright and bottom
row is MAJOR! in yo face bright like bucket full of sunshine bright! Crazy bright and intense colour!

Likes: The colour pay off is fantastic! Uber pigmented and uber soft. I'm a matte person but the shimmer colours give me a very nice subtle glow and I like it! I like to mix Soft peachy-pink shimmer with Natural Pink matte for a lovely everyday blush and put a little bit of Washed pink matte on top as a highlight. This blush palette is perfect for those who just starting out and the price is really cheap too!

Dislikes: That it doesn't come with any details and names so I don't know whether its fake or not like will it ruin my skin and whatnot.

Overall: I really love this palette. The colour pay off is fantastic, great selection of colours, ideal for beginners like myself and could last pretty much a very long time.

Event: The Butterfly Project X YADAH Spring Festival Party

Hello loves!  The beginning of 2014 was a tad bit unpleasant for me because of some certain problems but a few hours getaway from the stress world of mine did the trick when I went to YADAH Spring Festival Party with The Butterfly Project. It seriously took my mind off the nasty problems I'm facing. Though I was almost two hours late to the party (I had to go to the Police Station before that to report something) and by the time I reached there, the event and all the presentations were over, I was still being greeted warmly by Ayna and Illy :') They told me what I had to do and one of the YADAH lady was nice enough to explain everything to me about YADAH and their organic and 100% natural products.

About YADAH:
Yadah is a range of botanical skincare products formulated with natural plant extracts like essential oils, floral water, barks and traditional herbs etc. that works in perfect harmony with the skin. The gentle yet effective formulas are 100% free from artificial colouring, preservatives, mineral oil, sulphate and do not contain animal extracts of any kind. The key ingredient found in all Yadah products is the native Opuntia Ficus extract, a unique cactus species organically grown and cultivated in Korea. Opuntia Ficus is known for its strong anti-inflammatory and high potent antioxidant properties which help neutralise free radicals harmful to the skin. Cactus is one of the few rare plants that can survive extreme weather conditions from the scorching hot barren sands to the freezing harsh winters in the deserts because of its unique ability to reduce water loss and it is for this very reason that it is able to prevent water evaporation from the epidermis and acts as a natural moisturiser to keep skin soft and hydrated both indoors and outdoors.

The event was held at Little Wonton TTDI, Kuala Lumpur. The place was a little bit hard to find as the landmark's really small.
But the shop is above Pasar Mini Speedmart 99. If you see the Speedmart, look up!

Like I said, I was almost two hours late so I missed all the presentations. When I arrived, everyone was busy eating so I joined them hehe. I had my period that day and strangely, my appetite was a bit down so I only ate the wonton. But looking at the noodle now, it looked darn delish! T^T

There were a lot of YADAH products laying around the place. My favourite lip balm ever at the moment is the
YADAH Lip Tint Balm (RM25). And the laying down ones are YADAH Lovely Lipgloss (RM19).

These are something that I got to try! It smells so delish. Totally adding it to my 2014 wishlist! All priced at RM35 each!

YADAH Angel BB Cream in Light Beige and Natural Beige. Both priced at RM49!

Honestly, these are something that I've been eyeing for quite awhile. It absorbs quickly
without leaving the greasy feeling on your skin! ❤ Both priced at RM65!

These are the three mystery sunblocks that the YADAH lady wanted me to try.
Sunblock A: Its pretty alright. A bit light and absorbed quickly but I don't really like the fact that its tinted.
Sunblock B: Its very lightweight, it feels smooth and doesn't leave the greasy feeling on your skin.
Sunblock C: Its a little bit too thick for my liking and also, its tinted so, no!

And according to all the votes, everyone picked sunblock B. Sunblock B was actually YADAH's latest sunblock, Oh My Sun Block!
I honestly really like the sunblock. You can buy it at all selected SaSa outlets by the end of this month!
Products that were displayed throughout the event

And ofcourse, a selfie with YADAH is a must! Hehe.

And group photo!

Thank you YADAH Malaysia and The Butterfly Project for the invite and giving me a chance to get to know YADAH better

Review: Cerro Qreen Cosmetic Makeup Brushes (Yellow)

Hello loves! ❤ To tell you the truth, I'm a brush freak. I'm slowly growing my makeup brush collection. I don't have a lot like all those professional MUAs but for a beginner, I'm guessing its pretty alright hihi. Natta Cosme has given me a chance to review a set of makeup brushes that I have never heard of (but glad and thankful that I did!) and a chance to "luaskan" my collection even more! Thank you Natta Cosme!!! This is my second time working with them. I'm really thankful! You can read my first time (here) alongside with Butterfly Malaysia.

Cerro Qreen Natural Pony Wool Professional Brush Set
"The choice of natural fur from the small horse makes it more comfortable and wasier for the makeup brush to hold the makeup powder"
Note that all the brushes in this set are made of the small horse fur except the eyebrow brush due to its specific function.
Specifications
Brush handle: Rod
Brush wool material: Pony hair
Content: 6 pieces
Weight: 90g

A multifunction powder brush. You can use it as a powder brush, blusher brush, a bronzer and also a
highlight brush! I personally use it for all. And the brush is freaking soft!!!!!!

This big and fluffy brush is perfect for blending your eyeshadow/harsh lines and for that soft looking eye makeup.

Because of its medium size, I use it for dabbing eyeshadow all over my lids. I also use it to highlight my brow bones and my nose! hehe

I'm not really a smokey eyes person so I just use this to apply eyeshadow on my crease and cut crease. And it works perfectly!

I use this to highlight my inner corners and also for my lower lash lines. Its fluffiness makes it easy to apply and to blend.

First of all, sorry eyeliner comot hahahahahaha I don't normally use gel liner but saja mengada nak cuba and omg fail! hahahaha. You can use this type of brush to apply brow powder on your brows for that soft and natural looking brows and also for an eyeliner brush. The brush is small and soft so its easy for you to control but in my case, it just proves that my hand is not good in controlling it and I made my eyeliner too watery :p

Likes: Its not only cheap but excellent quality! The bristles are super soft, doesn't shed and bleed too! Just like the high end brushes.

Dislike: I really like this brush set so no dislike from me! xx

Would I recommend it to my friend? Already did honey! Hehe. And did I mention that it comes in variety of adorable colours? Do you love pink? They have on in pink too!

Price: RM36.90 RM29.52 @ Natta Cosme

*Dislamer: This product was sent to me for reviewing purpose but all opinions are my own and 100% honest.
