Salam everyone!

Blackheads and whiteheads are my worst enemy. Since I quit facial, it has been pretty hard to handle them. They very nakal you know. Especially when you do not have the proper tools and products to get rid of them. Then, I was introduced to the brand B.liv that is well-known for their pores and black/whiteheads products among beauty bloggers. It is time to put them to the test!

Comes in this beautiful bright yellow box, this B.liv Pores Be Clean pack consists of three (3) items; Off With Those Heads, Deep Impact & Absolute Matte Masks. This pack is targeted to clear the whiteheads and blackheads, deep cleanse the pores as well as purifying it to bring out one's inner beauty.

Off With Those Heads (30ml) | Original price: RM178.30 (40ml)

To combat whiteheads and blackheads, this is the shiz. It is said to remove them heads without violence or pain and stops them from appearing ever again (Wow!). This light texture gel softens what's clogging/blocking the pores allowing effortless extraction and removal of all those junks. It is also said to remove all the heads completely in 14 days (Wow 2.0!).

Made from three (3) main active ingredientsTea Tree Oil - A popular remedy for acne condition (oil & comedone control, soothing). It has a powerful antiseptic, anti-fungal, and anti-bacteria properties. Witch Hazel Extract - Helps to reduce oil and comedone, soften the skin, minimizes pores and reduces irritation. Aloe Vera Extract - Has anti-inflammatory properties thus, it is soothing and provides great amount of hydration.

Deep Impact (50ml) | Original price: RM 61.32 (50ml)
It does not only cleanses the skin but as your massage it, the beads in it gently exfoliates and clarifies the skin turning it to porcelain perfection. It also promotes micro-circulation for a healthy-pores skin, prevents blemishes and pores blockage.

Made of five (5) active main ingredients; Kaolin - Known to absorb excess oil and dead cell that can clog pores and often used as facial mask to reduce shine. Jojoba beads - Made form 100% pure, natural Jojoba wax with no sharp edges used to gently exfoliates the skin for glowing perfection. And the other three are Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera and Tea Tree

Absolute Matte masks (2pcs) | Original price: RM 49.90 (7pcs/box)

Do not get mad, get matte! This mask helps to combat excess sebum and control shine while purifying and refreshing our complexion. It uses active charcoal mask sheet that goes deeply into the skin and helps to de-clog pores for hours and hours.

Made of three (3) main active ingredients; Retinyl Palmitate - Regulates sebum secretion and stimulates skin regeneration. Zinc Sulfate - Combats excess sebum, controls surface shine while clarifying complexion. Willow Bark Extract - Used as exfoliants to lift away impurities with blemish-control properties.

Off with those heads:
First of all, the smell is a major turn off. Smells like a minty-cough syrup. But it does not linger, thank God! I have not tried it for a full 14 days yet but I can see some improvements. I only apply it around my T-Zone and my nose cam a bit smooth and blur-out sikit. I have major blackheads right now and Alhamdulillah, it does not appear too much under makeup now.

Deep Impact:
My very particular when it comes to scrub-like products but I'm glad this one does not harm it as it did not irritate or feel harsh on my skin at all. It is kind of fun scrubbing my face till the beads fully dissolve in. It also brightens my skin sikit and it makes my pores blurry by just a tad.

Absolute matte:
OMG ITS BLACK! HAHAHAHA. Did not see that one coming tho. But then I remembered that it uses charcoal sheet to tarik all the junks then I am like, 'Riiiiiight" LOL. Loved the minty scent and cooling sensation. It made me feel refreshed. Always loved that on masks. And it worked like magic I must say in terms of shine control. Used it before putting on makeup and my nose stayed dry and only a little bit oily late in the evening. But because I am only oily on the T-Zone and rest of my face is dry, it made my other areas a bit drier. So take note those with dry-combo skin. But overall, not bad!

Review: ABH Contour Kit (Light)

Salam everyone!

Meet my beloved (hence, dah lunyai) contour & highlight kit! Hehe. Tak sah kalau tak guna this every time I'm doing my makeup. I also have the Autralis Contour Kit (Light) that I got from Aussie. Planning on doing a comparison review but I reviewed it once on my Instagram before I deleted everything.
Beza dia? Contour shades je. ABH for light to medium. Australis for medium to tan.

I think I just got this a year ago but it looks so damaged though lol.

The Kit consists of six (6) shades; three highlighting shades (Vanilla, Banana & Sand) and three contouring shades (Fawn, Java & Havana). Mind you that Bronzer and Contour are two different things. The palette is actually self-explanatory - The two left shades are for the fair-skin. The middle ones are for light-skin. And the right ones are for medium-skin.

They all come in this rounded magnetic pan. They can be replaced or refilled and purchased individually. You can customized your own palette if some of the shades do not really work for you.

These are the highlighting shades. I love to mix Vanila + Banana for highlighting and it instantly brightens up my under eyes. Mostly I only highlight my under eyes tak macam minah salleh semua tempat nak letak lol. I rarely touch Sand. It has some tiny sparkly bits in them which I do not like and it is the less pigmented powder in the palette. Cam tak ada apa pun if guna Sand.

I usually just use Fawn for contouring but when I'm tanned, I will mix all three contouring shades. And for my nose, I use Java since it is a bit lighter and less intense. Look at Havana Brown (the creamiest one), so pigmented and dark. I mainly  use it to define my contour.

Aint contouring fun, guys? You can see right how kurus (illusion of course) it makes me on the "Slimmer" side. Baru lah 3D.
And on the "Donut" side, that is how I contour. I tak bronze my face pun, straight away bedal contour kuikui.

Likes:
- They are pigmented and provide coverage
- Creamy
- Blend-able
- Last long on your face
- Refil-able
- My all time fav

Dislikes:
- Sand a bit chalky & does not perform well for me

Price: RM200-250 (Depends on the website & seller)

P/s: Just found out that there's already a fake ABH Contour Powder and Cream Kit. Aliexpress already selling it. Watch out guys!

Review: Origins Eye Doctor Eye Cream

Salam everyone!

Eye creams are often forgotten and neglected by some people (including me sometimes) but they are in fact, a crucial step in your skincare regime. As you know, your eye area is the most delicate part and without a proper care, it could eventually look saggy, wrinkly, dark and dry. You may turn your back on eye creams now but you will need it once you get old. Ceh, cam pakar pula.

As for me, I get anxious if my eye area starts to feel really dry and ada dark circles but that is only because my sleeping pattern is messed up. Masa dekat Australia dulu, I used this one local eye cream brand and it somewhat helped to clear up my dried under eyes. Cause my eyes tend to act up whenever I travel. When I went to London, my eyes acted up again. And that time, I kind of had a strong feel for Origins so I gave it a try.

My very first Origins product yall ~ I wanted to try their Ginseng range but the SA insisted that I should get this one instead since my under eyes were quite bad. It can be used twice a day and made to counter crow's feet, fade dark shadows and de-pouf puffs.

It is very soothing and does not irritate my eyes at all. It provides a good amount of hydration to keep my eyes soft but to me it is not my HG that I have yet to find. But it did work great for me in UK.

It has a thick consistency which I actually love and look for in an eye cream. It absorbs fast and does leave your eyes looking like you are sweating lol. It is kind of cooling when I apply it and entah, suka lah juga even bukan HG pun. Cause my under eyes really dry kan it helps gila gila to keep it hydrated. And my makeup is no longer cakey under the eyes because of this.

The three (3) major ingredients are Cumcumber (Hence the cooling effect), Rosemary (no wonder it is soothing) and Ginseng which keeps the eyes energized. The product does not contain Parabens, Sulfates, Synthetic Fragrances & Dyes, Petrochemicals, Phthalates, GMOs and Triclosan.

Likes:
-Moisturizing and hydrating
-Does not irritate my skin
-Makes my skin soft
-Makes my makeup less cakey
-It has thick consistency

Dislikes:
So far none.

Note: Why it is not my HG? Because it does not help with my dark circles :(((((

Review: Nivea Men Originals Post Shave Balm as a Primer!

Salam everyone!
I have finally jumped onto the Nivea Men Shave Balm wagon just like the rest of the world. I know for guys, you all must be like, "What in the world? Why are you using men shave balm for?" right? But for girls, you all must be like, "YASSSSSS GURL, YASSSSSS! ABOUT TYMEEEE!" Hahahaha memandai je. But is it really good, tho? Read on!

So here in Malaysia, we only have the Originals version and not the Sensitive one. Maybe kulit jejaka malaya kita tak sensitive kot lol. It comes in this beautiful and simple white glass bottle with a blue cap. I love that the glass makes it cam ala ala luxurious sikit. Not really lah kan but cam, sedap lah pegang hehe. And it feels kind of fancy.

When I first opened the cap, I was all, "Oh boy! This goin' get messy!" But surprisingly tak pun. It is very easy to control. And although the texture is liquidy (as seen above), it does not come pouring out or you know, splashing everywhere. Very men-friendly *ehems. It has a very strong smell tho. Kind of smell like men's armpits after they have put on deodorant hahahahaha anyone? Some people cannot stand it but to me, it is bearable.

It absorbs fast into the skin. It does not leave a sticky feel but it does feel like it has a strong hold to whatever you are putting on top of it, i.e. foundation. Geddit? Haha. Kena cuba baru tau eceh. It contains Glycerin which has many benefits like keeping your oiliness at bay, soothes your acne and redness, makes the skin soft and many other benefits. So if you have oily skin, try this! Tho it does not keep 100% of the oil at bay, but still, it keeps it at bay throughout the day and it makes your foundation or whatever bases you have on top of it, stay for a very long time.

Ingredients: Aqua, Alcohol Denat, Glycerin, Distarch Phosphate, Ethylhexyl Cocoate, Parfum, Aloe arbadensis Leaf Juice, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Dimethicone, Triceteareth-4 Phosphate, Sodium Carbomer, Limonene, Linalool.

Vain pictures of me using the primer. I look flawless cam airbrush gitu.

Hmmm, what is with the same hand gesture pls???????????????????????
P/s: Tutorial on this look coming up soon!

- Has a strong hold (to your foundation)

- Apa bau ketiak lelaki niiiiiiiiiiiiii (like right after they wear deodorant) (ke aku je yang bau gitu?)
- Kind of hard to find now
