Result:
- I went to the toilet a lot during my first consumption but the pain was nothing major not like a painful diarrhea. Its sort of mild.
- During the second day, it came a little bit late. I usually feel like going to the toilet around 8-9am but that time it came around 11-11.30am and I was outside eating at McDonald's lol had to use their toilet.
- Reduces and releases the feeling of stomachache and bloatiness and helps with my digestion.
- I'm at ease at eating any types of food during breaking fast. No more masuk angin.
- Feel a lot better inside out and lighter too.
- I feel clean and energized after days of getting rid of all the toxins in my body. I don't feel THAT week.
