Review: E.V.E ALL-IN-1 Bar

Hello loves! ❤ Yet another facial soap that I've also been loving for the past month - E.V.E (Elegant, Vogue, Energetic) All-in-1 Bar Soap. Like I mentioned in my previous facial soap review (here), I'm not into facial soap but there's something about the two facial soaps that got me on board.

E.V.E All-in-1 Bar is one of the best facial soap I've tried so far. Handcrafted with natural glycerin combined with Austrian Deep Moor and Actived PhytoCellTec Swiss Apple Stem Cells plus Hydrating Algae Extract and Virgin Coconut Oil to create a unique multi-function bar for daily care of skin helping you to recapture the beautiful look and feel of younger & healthier skin. It's 100% plant-based and doesn't contain 'surfactants' which dries the skin nor does it contain talcum or been tested on animals. 

Benefits of E.V.E All-in-1 Bar; Restores your natural radiance, smooths skin, lighten scars and help reduces acne, eliminate dark circle and white/blackheads, and helps to close your pores. 

How to use; Slice the bar soap in whatever size you prefer. I cut them in 4 slices and store 1 slice in a small container. Make the soap lather before massaging on your face. Mind you that it has a strong smell but don't worry, it smells SEDAP!

Results:

It's been almost 3 weeks that I've been using it. And I will keep on using it as I really like it. In 3 days, I noticed that my face was getting brighter. I felt fresh and my skin was getting smooth. The best thing I noticed was my scars were getting lighter after a week. In terms of reducing acne, it doesn't help that much but I'm happy about the scars though :D

I waited for this parcel to reach me for over 6 months because of the lousy service of the person who's in charge of buying this for me. Pfft. At first I thought she was lying or it was a fraud. I tried to reach her and even asked for my money back but she never responded. Whatever it is, I'm just thankful that this parcel reached me! Next time I'm just going to purchase directly from the website. It's okay to pay a few extra charges. At least you're 100% sure it is not a scam.

Carol Priest Damask Rose Series Skincare Review #p1

Hello loves! ❤ Have you ever heard of the brand Carol Priest before? I know right, when you heard "Priest" you will be like "Oh my gloss, haram!" but fret not, its just their brand name honey! Honestly I never heard of this brand before but that's the fun part about being a beauty blogger, trying new things! That's my hobby too - discovering and trying new things! It brings so much joy *dancing* *dubdabdubdab* *techno* LOL. I received three 3 steps skincare from my favourite beauty website HiShop Malaysia: Rose & Almond Oil Cleansing Cream, Damask Rose Toner and Rosa Damascena Intensive Serum - Intensive and Organic. I will do the review one by one so that it won't be such a long post ;)

Rose & Almond Oil Cleansing Cream (1 sachet 3g) RM75 for 15g | RM129 for 50g 

A traditional rose, almond oil and beeswax water-rinseable cleanser. It effectively and gently emulsifies lipstick, eye, face and neck make-up and impurities. Contains pure essential oil of rose centifolia, which has soothing and cooling qualities, promoting a clear complexion. For normal and combination skin types. 

Active Ingredients:

Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Rosmarinus Officinalis (Rosemary) Leaf Extract, Rosa Centifolia Flower Oil.

User guide:

To benefit fully from any further care your skin must first be clean and free from all traces of impurities. Make a warm compress using a clean wash cloth. and apply firmly to the face and neck areas for a few minutes. This soaking helps the aromatic essential oils and plant oils dissolve and soften skin waste. Apply a small quantity of cleanser to your face and neck and massage using small circular motions with enough water to produce a creamy lather. Remove the emulsion using a warm damp wash cloth. Rinse the last traces by splashing warm water over your face and neck. Finish with a cold compress. No need to towel dry. For very dry skin remove all traces of make-up and impurities with the Relaxing Facial and Body Massage Oil. Rinse. 

Precaution: Not suitable for pregnant woman.

Never tried cleanser in a cream form before and I liked it! Its very gentle, would recommend it to those with sensitive skin. It cleans my face well and it lathers up pretty well too. Not really that hard to work with as the texture is smooth and creamy, and easy to blend!

The cream is super thick so it's kind of hard to rinse it off your face. I have to rinse my face with warm water a couple of times! Such a hard work!

Overall, I really like this cream cleanser. It cleans my face well and its super gentle to my sensitive skin! ❤

Silkygirl Pure Fresh All-In-One Makeup Remover Review

Hello loves! ❤ A few days ago I stumbled upon this makeup remover during my "window shopping" at Sasa, Sunway.

Gel texture, not too watery.

Verdict ☆

I really like the formula and texture of the makeup remover, pretty gentle. It did an excellent job removing all traces of makeup. However, it will not remove heavy-duty makeup as shown above. Will probably use this to remove my everyday makeup and use my favourite "ol' reliable" makeup remover [click here] to remove heavy makeup.

Neutrogena Deep Clean Series Revitalizing Pink Review

Hello loves! ❤ Are you familiar with this simple yet pretty and attractive looking box? I redeemed this box from their website two weeks ago. I saw the post on their Facebook page telling us that we can redeem it for 300 points. Lucky me I have 700 points at that time :> Ihiks. I haven't been subscribing to any beauty boxes for quite sometimes now and I really miss Wonderbox and its elegant looking box! And I can't get over the ribbon! Its so cute I almost die!!!! Want to know whats inside? Come, I'll show you!

P/s: The ribbon's pink, the items are pink and its the breast cancer awareness month! So nice.

Tada! Its the Neutrogena Deep Clean Series in Revitalizing Pink! There are actually two options on their website. Either the Revitalizing Pink or Brightening Mulberry. Truth to be told, I was hoping to get the Brightening Mulberry because I want to brighten up my face hehe. So the two items that I got were the Grapefruit Ultra Foam Cleanser and Foaming Scrub!

Overall
I really enjoy using both of these products especially the scrub! Hehe. Personally, I'm a fan of Neutrogena. I think most of their products are great. But I don't really like the cleanser. My skin is so not comfortable with it but it does leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth! (But dry lah a few hours after)
